1. Preparation before startup
Before starting up, check whether the screws and nuts in various parts of the cleaning machine are loose. Add the correct type of engine oil into the crankcase of the pump, with the oil level in the center of the oil mirror.
2. Connect the water inlet hose
Put the water inlet hose on the water inlet connector of the pump, put on the buckle, and tighten the screw on the buckle to ensure that the connection is firm and airtight. Connect the other end to the faucet or put it into the water supply pool (the water inlet must be completely immersed in the water). The water inlet hose requires a filter to prevent inhaled impurities from damaging the high-pressure pump.
3. Connect the water outlet hose
One end of the high-pressure hose is connected to the water outlet of the machine, and the other end is connected to the high-pressure gun. Note: The high-pressure hose cannot be twisted and should be extended and straightened as much as possible.
4. Power connection
Confirm that the power supply voltage frequency is consistent with the motor nameplate, and connect the cable to the power socket.
5. Replaceable nozzles
The machine is equipped with replaceable quick-plug nozzles. Nozzles with different water jet angles can be replaced according to cleaning needs.
6. Start the machine
Turn on the power, trigger the high-pressure gun, and wait until the air in the machine is drained, and high-pressure water will spray out.
